The indoor pool was the highlight of my stay, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. I appreciated the air conditioning, especially with temperatures soaring around 30-35°C during my visit at the end of September. The breakfast provided decent options, including soup, omelets, and various types of cheese, although more variety would have made it better, especially for someone used to a traditional British breakfast. I found the room cleanliness lacking, with outdated furniture and some holes in the towels and bed sheets. The noisy street outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Communication with some staff was challenging because not everyone spoke English proficiently. The fridge in my room was not functional when I left, which was inconvenient. Room service often ignored the 'Do Not Disturb' signs. While I had some enjoyable moments, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.

The location was conveniently close to both the airport and the old town. The spa & wellness centre offered an excellent range of services, providing a relaxing experience throughout our stay. The city view from our room was particularly stunning, making our evenings delightful.
